Make yourself at home in our comfortable bedrooms. Each room features a Queen Size bed that can be split into two singles. We take pride in our ergonomic mattresses and bedding from a local textile producer. Down pillows can be swapped for synthetic, allergy-friendly ones. For remote workers, each room is equipped with a work desk and high-speed internet access.

A long bubble bath or a refreshing shower? Each floor has a comfortable, modern bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, we also have a bathtub.

Cooking can be a true art! Become a culinary artist in our modern, well-equipped kitchen. At your disposal are top-of-the-line appliances, including a Philips espresso machine with a built-in grinder. We can also help organize local products such as beef, trout, and cheeses. You can serve your signature dishes at our unique, 12-person table.

Netflix and chill or lively discussion? Settle in with family and friends in our spacious living room and enjoy the 75-inch TV. On chilly evenings, warm up by the cheerful crackling fireplace.

For spending time in a smaller group, we also have a space upstairs. Guests have access to a 55-inch TV and a library.

Private screening or dance floor party? Our gem, the true Party Room, designed exclusively for entertainment! For movie enthusiasts, there is a 111-inch 4K projector and high-end audio equipment (Zoller-Focal speakers and Onkyo amplifier) that will allow you to enjoy a private movie screening. For dance floor demons, we have a dance space and a real disco ball to enhance the Saturday night atmosphere.

After a day full of activities, warm up in a genuine Finnish sauna. This unique amenity allows you to find balance, calm your body and mind after a hectic week. It’s also great for your health, as the Finnish sauna aids in detoxification, relaxes muscles, improves circulation, and boosts immunity.

Private parking on the property that can accommodate five cars. Just behind the fence, we have two additional parking spaces. Additionally, next to our property, there is free public parking available, which can easily accommodate trailers.

Fiber optic cable brought directly to the house provides a bandwidth of 1000/300 megabits per second. An extensive network based on Ubiquiti equipment allows you to work and enjoy entertainment without frustration.

Fresh air sharpens the appetite! That’s why we decided to build a gazebo with a summer kitchen, combining our two favorite things – food and beautiful views. Premiering in the 2024 grilling season! 🙂

A special treat for both young and old is our pond with a small beach. It’s perfect for sand play or summer sunbathing. For the adventurous, there’s the option to boat on the pond. However, we kindly ask romantics not to pick the water lilies.

The house is surrounded by a garden spanning nearly half a hectare. You will find many unique species of flowers, shrubs, and trees, specially selected by a local plant nursery. As a result, you can encounter a large number of butterflies and birds around the house. On warm summer days, comfortable sun loungers are available for guests.

Przygórze, and indeed the entire Kłodzko Valley, is a place with an unusual concentration of car enthusiasts and motorsport fans. Around our house runs the OS Pies na Dachu route, and within 10 minutes, you can find hill climbs (Srebrna Góra, Jodłownik). At Kamionki and Walim Turns, we ourselves test suspension and geometry settings. We have friendly relationships with local mechanical and body shops, tire services, detailing specialists, and even a carburetor expert. We can recommend the best routes and help with any problem.
