Privacy Policy

I. General

  1. The Privacy Policy defines how the personal data of Users and Clients necessary for providing the rental service at przygórze.pl (hereinafter: the Entrepreneur) are collected, processed, and stored.
  2. The Entrepreneur collects only the personal data necessary to provide the offered service.
  3. The collected personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

II. Data Controller

  1. The data controller of the personal data collected through the przygórze.pl website is Zirio Łukasz Nowaczek, ul Kłokoczycka 158a, 51-376 Wrocław, NIP 8951928763 (hereinafter: the Controller).

III. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

Personal data is used to conclude contracts, provide services, and communicate with the user. Browser data is used for analytical and statistical purposes. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Service.

The Controller may process the User’s personal data such as name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, NIP, PESEL, and identity document number.

V. Duration of Personal Data Processing

Users’ personal data will be processed for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Typically, this is 5 years, as required by tax regulations.

VI. Sharing Personal Data

  1. Users’ personal data may be shared with entities associated with the Controller, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Controller, such as companies handling e-payments, courier/postal services, and law firms. However, data is generally not shared with anyone.
  2. Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. Users’ Rights

  1. Users of the Service have the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
  2. Requests regarding the exercise of these rights should be sent to the email address provided in the Contact section.
  3. The Controller will fulfill or refuse to fulfill the request promptly, within a maximum of one month from its receipt.
  4. Users have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that their rights and freedoms are violated (GDPR).

VIII. Cookies

  1. The Service collects information using cookies – session, permanent, and third-party cookies.
  2. Collecting cookies supports the correct provision of services in the Service and serves statistical purposes.
  3. Users can define the scope of cookies access to their device in the browser settings.

IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

There is no automated decision-making (including profiling) in the data processing process.

X. Final Provisions

  1. The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy while ensuring that Users’ rights resulting from this document will not be restricted.
  2. Information about the introduced changes will appear in the form of a message available in the Service.
  3. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law apply.
